We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain end-to-end web applications for our clients and internal products. You will design responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React/Next.js and develop robust backend APIs, server logic, and database schemas with Node.js/Express. This role sits at the heart of our engineering team, working closely with design, product, and AI teams to ship features from idea to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, server logic, and database schemas with Node.js/Express.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into shippable features.
  • Write clean, tested, and well-documented code across the stack.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and help maintain engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the stack.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building production web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
  • Comfortable working with SQL/NoSQL databases and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of web performance and accessibility fundamentals.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing real-world projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Next.js, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Exposure to automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
  • A portfolio of side projects or open-source contributions.
  • Familiarity with microservices or serverless architectures.
  • Prior experience working in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
