UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, high-impact experiences for complex enterprise and AI-driven products. You will own the design lifecycle end-to-end, from wireframes and user research through high-fidelity UI and design-system upkeep, with a particular focus on data visualization and AI interactions. You will work closely with engineering and product to ship experiences that feel simple even when the underlying systems are not.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, high-impact interfaces for complex enterprise and AI-driven products.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile experiences.
  • Translate complex data and AI interactions into clear, usable visual design.
  • Run user research and usability tests to validate design decisions.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across products.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation to protect design quality.
  • Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience designing digital products (portfolio required).
  • Strong command of Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
  • Solid grasp of design principles, typography, and information hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for data-heavy or dashboard-style interfaces is a plus.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with engineering and product.
  • Ability to design responsive layouts that work across devices and breakpoints.
  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Webflow or Framer for rapid prototyping and handoff.
  • Working awareness of HTML/CSS to collaborate closely with developers.
  • Experience designing dashboards or AI-driven product interfaces.
  • Motion/interaction design experience for micro-interactions and transitions.
  • Exposure to A/B testing and using data to inform design decisions.
