Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will plan, scope, and track delivery across engineering, design, and AI teams, keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on target. This role suits someone who understands technical trade-offs deeply enough to make informed calls while keeping stakeholders aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bridge business requirements and technical execution across engineering, design, and AI teams.
  • Plan, scope, and track delivery of projects, keeping timelines and budgets on target.
  • Lead cross-functional standups, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Identify risks early and drive resolution before they impact delivery.
  • Champion process improvements to keep teams shipping efficiently.
  • Own client/stakeholder reporting on project status, scope, and timelines.
  • Coordinate resourcing across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing software or technical projects, ideally in an agency/product environment.
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using project tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar).
  • Ability to understand technical trade-offs well enough to make informed calls.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills under shifting timelines and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a developer or technical lead.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience managing AI/ML or data-heavy projects.
  • Experience working directly with international/remote clients.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning for software projects.
